When booking a session you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.

 

To cancel or reschedule the shoot please contact me at least 48 hours in advance for a free reschedule.   Clients are entitled to 1 free reschedule if in advance. Any reschedule after this will incur a £25 reschedule fee.

Cancellation Fee within 48 hours of booked time:

 

If a session is cancelled within 48 hours of the allocated and booked time, clients will be invoiced for 20% of the session fee. If the client would like to reschedule they will then have to rebook with a new 25% deposit for the upcoming session.

 

Cancellation Fee within 24 hours of booked time:

 

If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the allocated and booked time, clients will be invoiced for 50% of the session fee. If the client would like to reschedule they will then have to rebook with a new 50% deposit for the upcoming session.

If a client then makes a further cancellation they will have to pay the full fee and be subject to paying upfront for all further bookings.

 

Unreasonable latecomers/ on the day cancellations are not permitted and you may be asked to pay a 50% reschedule fee or 100% of the session fee. Please message me if there is any emergency problems on the day of booking.
